Once you receive your RMA, write this # under the return address and include inside the package.
Please do not return without an "RMA #". Returning without RMA# will result in item being refused/returned to you at your expense.
All Returns MUST be Repackaged in all the Original Packaging and Materials ie. foam, silica gel packs inner gift box/packaging and outer box etc "Exactly how you received it". All items must be in Unused and Undamaged condition. Signs of use voids the return policy and you will not be credited, nor will item be return to you.
No long have original packaging? It would be wise to have it packaged professionally at a UPS Store or the equivalent. If you chose to do it yourself, please make sure it is well protected. Returns without the original inner gift box will void the return policy and no credit will be given do to this being consider a used item.
Shipping & Insurance You may ship it via any carrier you choose. Be sure to ship your item fully insured and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment was received. We cannot issue refunds nor file claims for items you are returning in the event of damage due to the return shipping.
Inside the box, please include your contact information, the order number and the reason for the return. Also please include what you would like done (refund, new product shipped, etc.). On the outside of the box, write the RMA number and the appropriate address that was given to you for return. Make sure that the item is well protected and the package is well sealed before shipping. We ask that the item be shipped either UPS or USPS as this allows for tracking the package. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in return transit so please make sure you receive a tracking number and package is insured.
NOTE: You must insure your return as OnlyReligiousJewelry.com is not responsible for any loss of or damage during return shipping to us. Non-insured, non-RMA(unauthorized) or improperly packaged returns will not be accepted and returned to sender. Any package returned to sender will void our return policy and will no longer be accepted..
When we receive your return, A Quality Assurance member will examine your item to assess condition and claim of defect or just verify undamaged return. An e-mail notification regarding your return and/or exchange will be sent within 7 business days after receipt. All replacement items will be shipped immediately after Quality Assessment approval.
