OnlyReligiousJewelry.com warrants each of its products to be free of manufacturer defect and inferior workmanship. If your purchased item should display any such defect, we will replace it with an identical or comparable item with in the set time frame for each item as specified on the item page below the description and pictures.

If your purchased item should display a manufacturer defect after 30 days, we will have the item returned to us and will assess the condition of the item. If deemed defective, we will replace it with an identical or comparable item within a year of purchase. We reserve the right to decide on replacement.

Manufacturer defect after 14 days of delivery and up to 1 year does not include chips, cracks, bale damage, scratches or other such damage that can be deemed customer damage.

This warranty includes replacement of defective or missing parts, or complete replacement of product due to manufacturers' defect. If there is a defective or missing part, when possible, it may be sent without the return of the item. All items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and will include information about possible special care concerning your item and other useful info.
